AN EPIC NEW STORY ARC BEGINS HERE!

After the climactic battle between John Stewart, Varron, and the Revenant Queen, a shocking twist has sent John to the far reaches of space and time, on a quest to find the mythical and terrifying Dark Star of the Fenn!

Meanwhile, on Earth, John's rash decision to use his new ring to recreate his little sister hints at dark consequences to come.

Plot

Dark Star of the Fenn: After being pulled into a star by the Old God Olgrun, John Stewart wakes up in a strange dark place, alone and without his Green Lantern Ring. Just after finding his ring he is chased by a tribe of alien creatures, causing him to go skyward.

John soon learns from a strange God-like alien, Byla, that he is on the Dark Star of the Fenn and that he is trapped due to a gravity wall around the planet. John tries to escape but he pulled back.

Steelworks: Shirley and the Ellie construct are reading and playing in Shirley's house, which turns out to be a construct created Ellie to keep her mom happy. Their playing is interrupted by Steel, Natasha and Caolan Sheperd, who came to check on Shirley, but Ellie won't let them see or tell her it's all a construct. This causes Caolan to fly off to seek help, in the form of Guy Gardner, which causes him to miss the shadowy figure that appears to watch Shirley.

Dark Star of the Fenn: John finds some soldiers fighting against the aliens that chased him earlier, which he learns are the Fenn. John joins the fighters just as the Will of Olgrun and his army start to attack.
